How long does the battery last?
About 30–60 minutes of ride time on a full charge from the rechargeable 2600mAh lithium battery. Runtime varies with rider weight and water conditions.
How do you steer it?
A short joystick sits low in the cockpit. Press the thumb button to move forward and steer a full 360° — push, spin, bump. Let go and it eases to a stop.
Who is it for?
It holds riders up to 265 lbs, so both kids and adults can ride. Always use a properly fitted life vest, with an adult present for younger riders.
Where can you ride it?
Pools, calm lake shallows and sheltered bays. Avoid strong currents, waves or deep open water.
How soon does it ship?
Orders ship free and ship out within 2 months. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on the way.
Can I return it?
All sales are final — each SplashKarts is made and dispatched to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please double-check your colour and address before you order.
What if it arrives damaged or stops working?
You're covered by our 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If it arrives damaged, or the motor, battery or seams fail in normal use within 12 months, email support@splashkarts.co with your order number and photos and we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
