Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. Orders ship out in 2 months. As soon as your order is dispatched we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination.

Returns

All sales are final. Because each SplashKarts is made and dispatched to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please check your colour choice and delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at support@snugglr.co — if your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to correct it.

1-year warranty — defects and damage

Every SplashKarts is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your unit arrives damaged, or the motor, battery or seams fail in normal use within 12 months, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

To make a warranty claim, email support@splashkarts.co within 30 days of delivery for transit damage, or any time within the 12-month period for a fault, and include your order number and clear photos or video showing the problem.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, punctures from misuse, normal wear, or damage from use outside the conditions in the product instructions.
