Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns & refunds

Returns are handled per our 30-day cuddle guarantee, described on the Shipping & Returns page.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, snugglr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Supervise young children during play.
